Terms of Service

Hankora provides tools for business review management, customer feedback, AI-assisted replies, content generation, integrations and reporting.

Some features, including automated advertising assistance and advanced QR reports, are still under development. Features marked "coming soon" are not guaranteed to be released on a particular date.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed by users invited to your organization and for keeping team access up to date.

You may connect, manage or upload data only for businesses that you own or are authorized to manage.

You must not connect another person's account, location or advertising profile without permission.

You must not use Hankora to create fake reviews, purchase reviews, impersonate customers or manipulate ratings.

You must not prevent customers from sharing honest feedback or selectively request public reviews only from customers who provided a positive rating.

You are responsible for ensuring that your review-request and customer-feedback practices comply with the rules of Google, Yandex and other platforms you use.

Google integrations are optional and require your explicit authorization through Google OAuth.

Hankora will access and act on Google Business Profile information only within the permissions you grant and the actions available in the service.

Google may change, limit or discontinue its APIs. Hankora cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to features that depend on a third-party API.

Google is not responsible for Hankora, and Hankora is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.

AI-generated replies, analysis, keywords and articles are suggestions. They may contain mistakes or unsuitable language.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it or using it for a business, legal, advertising or customer service decision.

Hankora does not guarantee search rankings, review removal, advertising results, revenue or customer growth.

Advertising assistance may provide campaign ideas, budget suggestions and performance observations. These are informational tools, not financial guarantees or professional agency services.

You remain responsible for campaign settings, advertising costs, legal disclosures, targeting decisions and compliance with advertising-platform policies.

You may not use the service to break the law, access data without permission, distribute malware, harass others, violate privacy, mislead customers or interfere with the service.

You may not reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits or use automated systems that place unreasonable load on the platform.

You retain ownership of business information, uploaded data and content that you provide.

You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide the features you request.

Paid plans may limit businesses, locations, users, review synchronization, AI usage or other features.

Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before a paid subscription begins.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments for an active billing period are not refundable.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and workspace.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious policy violations, security risks, unpaid charges or unlawful activity.

We work to keep Hankora available, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, technical failures and third-party API changes may cause interruptions.

We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

To the extent permitted by law, Hankora is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, third-party platform decisions or actions taken based solely on AI-generated output.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection laws require otherwise.
